Our creative design team develops a custom 3D design tailored to your brief.

  • LED screen placement, light concepts, flooring style.

We ensure your booth stands out while staying aligned with brand guidelines and international standards.

Design Finalization
Once the initial design is shared, we incorporate your feedback and revise the layout, colors, content, or structure.

This phase includes:

  • Final confirmation of dimensions & features

  • Material and color approvals

  • Printing content (banners, posters, brand logos)

You receive the final design files and mockups for your approval before we move to execution.

Local Execution Coordination


We have our warehouse in exhibition city (e.g., Warsaw, Frankfurt, Las Vegas, Dubai).

🔧 Our execution team ensures:

  • Fabrication starts on time using approved materials

  • Material quality and timelines are monitored daily

  • All printing, carpentry, lighting, and structure elements are aligned with the design


You’ll get regular photo/video updates as your booth is being built.

On-Site Delivery & Installation


Our team or local partners arrive at the venue before setup deadlines.

  • Place every element as per the design plan

  • Run quality checks (lighting, alignment, structural safety)

  • Ensure the booth is ready for inspection one day before the event (or as per organizer rules)

Post-Event Dismantling


Once the event ends, we handle the complete dismantling process professionally.

  • Packing reusable items safely (if needed)

  • Removing waste material from the venue

  • Leaving the floor clean as per organizer guidelines

  • Coordinating with logistics for material return (if applicable)

It’s a hassle-free end to a successful show.
